Tuition and Fees

  • Registration Fee: $200.00/child (non-refundable) billed in July
    • Please note, ALL returning and new students must register each year. The Registration Fee covers the cost of student insurance and book fees. As these are purchased in advance, they are non-refundable. If paid before July 1st, you will receive a $25 discount per child.

The 4th+ child is charged for general fees as listed in the chart above and for registration ($200).

General Fees includes all previously charged fees (where applicable by grade) except those listed in the Miscellaneous Fees above. It also includes all field trips for all grades including the large field trips such as the annual MS and HS Retreat, 9/10 Philadelphia or Gettysburg Trip, 11/12 Washington D.C. Trip, and Christmas Roller Skating.

Variable Costs

The following costs will vary depending on personal needs:

  • Personal School and P.E. Uniforms through
  • Hot Lunches, Pizza, and/or Drink** (Capri Sun/Juice Box or Water)
  • Aftercare**
  • Class Parties
  • Personal School Supplies including Science Fair or History Fair Supplies
  • Extracurricular Trips such as Athletic Overnight Trips**
  • Entrance Fees to Basketball Games
  • PSAT Testing Fee ($15 for 10th and 11th Grades)
  • Graduation related expenses for the Kindergarten, 8th, and 12th Grades (Graduation Uniforms and Graduation Trips if fundraisers have not raised the necessary funds)**

**These are the only foreseeable costs that would be added to your bill depending on each student’s needs.

Aftercare Fees

Aftercare Fees are in addition to tuition and apply only to Pre-K through 5th grades.  Charges are calculated once a month and added to your bill.

  • Overtime Hours: Overtime hour charges apply to all students (Pre-K through 12th grade) and are $3.50 increments per ¼ hour after 5:30 PM.
